Bay Architects primarily works on high end residential projects throughout the South East of England and London, with a focus on adding value through creative design and helping clients navigate the various legislative processes.

We do not have a preconceived design ethos nor are married to a particular style. We work with clients to understand their aspirations, brief and budgets, alongside site opportunities and constraints, to develop a design. Common design themes, however, revolve around natural light, vernacular materials to ensure a ‘sense of place’ and creating a sense of flow in plan layouts.

The practice has a clear design ‘process’: starting off with simple hand drawn sketches which develop iteratively into highly detailed information as the process evolves.
