    RIBA Stages 1: Preparation and Briefing

    We work with clients to establish a project brief, budget and programme, advising on which initial surveys are required.

    RIBA Stages 2: Concept design

    All of our projects evolve from early hand sketches, whether it be floor plan layouts, materiality elevations or diagrammatic perspectives.

    RIBA Stage 3: Developed Design

    Proposals are then developed in line with RIBA Stage 3 in readiness for planning and listed building submissions.

    RIBA Stage 4: Detailed Design

    Once planning approvals are in place, schemes are developed in more detail to show compliance with the Building Regulations and to obtain accurate tenders from contractors.

    RIBA Stage 5-6: Construction and Handover

    We undertake regular site inspections, collaborating with the chosen contractor and other consultants, to ensure a smooth construction process and ensure the build stays true to the design
